Care Together began in 2004 with a clear purpose: To help people who need support continue living well in their own homes. More than two decades later, that remains at the heart of what we do. Care has changed considerably over the years. Our purpose has not. We have never wanted to become a service where people feel like numbers on a rota. We believe local care should feel local. our care professionals should have the support they need to do their job properly.
